2-Group 2-Session (2x2) ERP Analysis Report

Description

2x2 analysis of two groups of individuals performing the same cognitive task at two different times (such as before and after training). Performs spectral analysis and computes Power Spectral Density values (in dB) for frequency bands and various band ratios, as well as connectivity analysis using multivariate granger causality. Performs post-hoc t-tests between the two groups as well as between the two sessions. This analysis is non-event based (no event markers required), and computed on the means of each session. Various options allow data to be winsorized, as well as determine whether multiple comparison correction (FDR) is applied to the statistical analyses.
