Developer Resources
When you sign up for a NeuroScale account, you get access to a number of resources geared towards developers that help you to make the most of NeuroScale and learn how to make use of the service and incorporate it into your own applications.
Dashboard¶
As a NeuroScale user, you have access to the NeuroScale Dashboard, using the username and password that you have received. In the Dashboard you can view your available pipelines, as well as view, launch, and terminate running pipelines (streaming or batch), and see your usage of the service. You can also create your own access tokens (authorizations) to give to users running your pipelines or use in different applications.
API Access¶
If you're a developer, you can access the NeuroScale API both directly as well as through higher-level interfaces (like the provided API libraries). Consult the Tutorials Overview on how to use the API. An API access token is automatically created for your account when you sign up to NeuroScale, but you can also create your own tokens in the Dashboard.
Example Code¶
Developers can contact us at support@neuroscale.io to register their GitHub username with the NeuroScale-Users organization on GitHub. (Note that you won’t see the GitHub page if you’re not yet registered with the organization.)
Once you have access, you will see a range of example scripts in various languages, including examples for which there are step-by-step tutorials (see Tutorials Overview).
Desktop Clients¶
The above-mentioned GitHub organization will also provide access to [cross-platform GUI Clients] (https://github.com/Neuroscale-Users/GUI-Clients). For information on how to use these, check out the companion tutorial on Desktop Clients (also found under Using Graphical Interfaces on the left side panel of this documentation). These haven't been updated in a while, but can still be useful in exploring NeuroScale streaming for your use cases.
Sample Datasets¶
In order to tinker with NeuroScale, it is sometimes helpful to have some recorded sensor data on hand, and for this purpose we provide a repository of various small datasets, which you can find here.
Support¶
As a registered user, you have access to the support channel by emailing support@neuroscale.io.
